1.    NP1315 Introduction:


The NP1315  Impact Crusher is  a medium-sized, high-yield, multi-functional main model in the NP series impact crushers. It balances excellent processing capacity, excellent final product particle shape and stable reliability. It is widely used in scenarios such as large-scale aggregate production, construction waste recycling and limestone crushing.



2.    Main Applications:


High-quality commercial aggregate production: It is the ideal secondary crushing equipment for large limestone and dolomite quarries, specifically used to process the materials after primary crushing into aggregates suitable for high-grade concrete and asphalt.

Recycling of construction waste and demolition debris: The core equipment for handling large pieces of concrete, asphalt, and bricks and tiles. Its impact force can effectively separate impurities and produce high-quality recycled aggregates with good particle shape.

Hard rock crushing: For medium-hard granite and basalt, it can also work efficiently with the right configuration.

Cement industry: For medium crushing of limestone.

3.    Core Features:


(1)Heavy-duty rotor - The core of crushing power:

Equipped with a welded rotor with a large diameter and heavy weight, the "13" in the model usually represents a rotor diameter of approximately 1300mm, and "15" represents a rotor width of approximately 1500mm. This design provides extremely high rotational inertia, can withstand heavy load impacts, ensures smooth operation, and generates powerful impact crushing force.

(2)Modular wear-resistant parts and rapid replacement system:

No bolted wedge block fixation: The impact plate and the crushing chamber liner are fixed using a modular "self-locking wedge block" system. When replacing, simply remove the old module, insert the new one, and tighten the wedge block. No screws need to be dealt with. This can shorten the replacement time from several hours to just a few minutes, significantly reducing downtime.

Bidirectional rotating rotor: The hammerhead can be used on both sides. When one side becomes worn, simply reverse the rotor to extend the service life of the hammerhead by nearly twice.

(3)Hydraulic control system:

Hydraulic discharge port adjustment: Through the hydraulic cylinders located on the outer side of the frame, the positions of the second and third impact plates can be easily, precisely and safely adjusted, thereby controlling the particle size of the products. The entire process does not require manual entry into the crushing chamber.

(4)Hydraulic iron release and cavity cleaning: When encountering non-pulverizable objects, the hydraulic system can quickly push the impact plate backward to release the foreign matter, and then automatically reset, effectively protecting the core components. In case of blockage, the cavity can also be cleared quickly through the hydraulic system.

(1)Optimized crushing dynamics design:

The geometries of the crushing chamber and the impact plate have been optimized through computer fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, ensuring that the materials are impacted and accelerated at the optimal angle. This maximizes the efficiency of impact crushing and energy utilization, resulting in high output and high-quality particle shapes with low energy consumption.

(2)Optional intelligent control system:

It can be integrated with the Asek IC™ crushing machine automation system to achieve automatic load adjustment, real-time monitoring and preventive maintenance alerts, further enhancing the operational stability and intelligence level.

(3)Under the demand for medium to large processing capacity, priority is given to obtaining cubic-shaped high-quality aggregates, while providing convenient maintenance and high operational reliability.

(4)It is mainly used for secondary or tertiary crushing, and can also be used as a primary crusher to handle feed materials of moderate size. It achieves an excellent balance between output and particle shape quality.
