The PE-600×900 is a standard jaw crusher from China, featuring a simple swing structure and mechanical spring overload protection design. It is suitable for primary crushing of medium-low hardness materials (compressive strength ≤320MPa). With a feed opening size of 600×900mm and maximum processing capacity of 180 t/h, it serves as the primary coarse crushing equipment for small and medium-sized sand and gravel plants and mines.
-Sand and gravel aggregate production lines: Crushing medium-hard materials like limestone and bluestone to produce roadbed crushed stone (30-80mm). -Small metal mines: Primary crushing of low-abrasiveness ores such as iron ore and manganese ore. -Construction waste processing: Crushing concrete blocks and brick tiles to regenerate aggregates. -Laboratory pilot tests: Used for mineral coarse crushing experiments (scale-reduced model PE-60×100).
